The video for Stellar Nursery was created from footage I took traveling through the southern half of Japan between Tokyo, Kagoshima and Kyoto. The volcano seen in the harbour of Kagoshima is called Sakurajima, which is active and considered dangerous. It erupted quite explosively the year after I went there (you can actually go to it!) and has been quite active since.
